TALENT DAYS: Hello, Olga! We are very happy to have you with us. We will soon learn the interesting story of your participation in Talent Days. Before we get to that, we would like you to introduce yourself and tell us a little about yourself.
OLGA: Hi! I'm Olga, I study Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems at the Warsaw School of Economics. Currently, thanks to a job fair, I'm also an intern at Phillips.
TALENT DAYS: Fantastic that you managed to get a great internship! Continuing, will you tell us what you do privately?
OLGA: My passion is montserrat email list 150000 contact leads
traveling – I love discovering the world and learning about new cultures, as well as trying different cuisines. Additionally, my interests include broadly understood art, especially fashion and creating my own nail art. Apart from that, the field that draws me in is marketing – especially social media.
TALENT DAYS: So is your dream career path related in any way to these passions?
OLGA: My dream is to combine my interests, i.e. marketing, with what I am studying at university – data analytics, including marketing analytics. I see myself as an analyst. I think it would be a good balance between my creativity and analytical mind.
TALENT DAYS: Interesting combination! What are your impressions of participating in Talent Days?
OLGA: I rate my participation in the fair as extremely positive. I was absolutely thrilled because during the first day of the fair I managed to have 11 conversations with employers as part of Talent Match. A few days before the fair I received a call from the person responsible for organizing Talent Match, who suggested meetings with various companies. She gave a brief context of whether a given company specializes in finance or more in marketing. Most of these conversations were of a more general nature, focusing on getting to know each other.
TALENT DAYS: Wow, 11 interviews! Could you share your perspective on participating in Talent Match so future participants can understand what it's like?
OLGA: Of course, from my point of view it was simply a match with companies, based on my CV and the requirements of these employers. All I had to do was show up at the fair, where I received a special wristband. At a specified time I had to show up at the Talent Match zone at Talent Days – there I was directed to the appropriate table with a representative of the given company, where we had a short, 15-minute conversation.
TALENT DAYS: Was it thanks to your participation in Talent Match that you got your current internship?
