Did you know that the Argentine National Team has its own E-Commerce? Yes, just as you read it. And not only that, but I had the opportunity to work on a UX Audit for this site, which led me to live an incredible experience and learn a lot about user experience design. In this blog, I'm going to tell you everything about this adventure, from how I came to study UX at university to the final presentation of the project.
The importance of an 11-star user experience
When it comes to e-commerce, user experience (UX) is essential. Inspired by Brian Chesky’s (CEO & Co-Founder of Airbnb) “11 stars experience” concept, I always seek to create experiences that not only meet expectations, but exceed them. Here are three key points about the importance of a good UX in e-commerce:
Customer loyalty: Good UX keeps users coming back.
Increased conversions: An intuitive design makes purchasing easier.
Reduce drop-offs: Smooth navigation prevents frustration.
These elements are crucial for any online store, and even more so for an e-commerce as special as that of the Argentine National Team. Below, I will tell you about the process of working on this project and list of argentina cell phone numbers what I learned along the way.
The beginning of the adventure
It all started when I decided to enroll in the UX course at the University of CEMA. From the first day, I knew I had made an excellent decision. Not only did I learn a lot about user experience design, but I was also lucky enough to meet two exceptional people: Matias Rodriguez Brun and Juan Fijalkauskas.
Together, we formed an incredible team and were assigned a very special project: to carry out a complete UX Audit of Afashop, the official E-Commerce of the Argentine National Team. This challenge allowed us to apply everything we learned in class and put it into practice in a real case.

Conducting a UX Audit is no easy task, but with Matias and Juan we were able to carry out a very comprehensive job. We analyzed every aspect of the site, from navigation to the purchasing process, identifying points for improvement and proposing concrete solutions.
