B2B sales can indeed be successful in digital
Rodney Zemmel, senior partner and global co-leader at McKinsey Digital, recalls that before the pandemic, many sectors believed that B2B sales did not generate good results online, since the format required ghana whatsapp data closer relationships between contacts. "There are big changes in the way we search for products, in the different types of e-commerce we use and in how we shift our loyalty to whoever offers the best selection, prices, search and payment experience," he says.

Jessica Lamb, partner, speaks specifically about the healthcare sector, which has obviously been most impacted by the pandemic. She explains that technology has substantially increased the capacity and speed to deal with data when it comes to identifying disease scenarios. This is because information from all over the world is shared simultaneously and sent to the right stakeholders.
