The workflow from the time an employee goes on sick leave until he receives benefits looks like this:

1. The employee personally contacts a medical institution, which opens an electronic sick leave certificate for him. Previously, this could be done remotely, that is, without visiting a doctor. 2. The doctor fills in the necessary data about the patient and vthe medical institution in the SFR system. Then signs the document with a qualified electronic signature. All information is automatically transferred to the fund.

3. The Social Fund checks whether the database contains information about the patient's insured person (IP). This is a report that a business owner must submit when hiring an employee. Based on it, the Social Fund determines the patient's employer.

4. The SFR notifies the entrepreneur electronically that an insured event has occurred. Then it sends the employee a message on Gosuslugi about the opening of the sheet.
