BUT collaborated with Sinch to create a Rich SMS with gamification. In order to make the offer even more attractive, BUT implemented a penalty shootout game in its Rich SMS to create a link with the current football competition. This interactive game allowed users to score the most GOALS (no pun intended!). Customers were then redirected to a selection of products at up to -30%.
Redirection rate
BUT customers are very fond of fun and interactive mechanics! The operation generated an excellent redirection rate of 48% to the but.fr site!
