Agency or in-house?

Post by sumaiyakhatun29 »

When it comes to employee motivation and KPIs, this part must consist of two components and take into account personal and team results.

Most of an employee's KPIs, of course, should be personal results. But a third or a quarter of the performance indicators should definitely be team results. This helps to involve the employee in the team's work - to help colleagues, save and support them while working on the project. Do not forget about this and motivate your employees correctly.

I will explain how to solve this issue using the example of Comfy. Each type of team, in belarus rcs data -house or external contractor, has its own advantages and disadvantages.

If we talk about an internal team, its advantage is deep immersion in the project. Employees always have the highest speed of communication and decision-making, because your colleague-employee is sitting next to you. In addition, you always have the opportunity to grow a mature manager - a worthy replacement for the head of the unit that has started to scale.

It’s generally quite difficult to do this with an agency. The person sitting next to you is always more under control than a specialist on the side of the same agency. In addition, an in-house team can be cheaper, especially if the agency works for a certain percentage of the advertising budget.

But working with a team within a company also has its drawbacks. For example, an employee's "blurred" view of the task. A person who works with only one vertical has a limited vision of the problem. In addition, the employer always risks being left without an employee in the event of dismissal, illness, or even vacation. If a colleague is difficult to replace, there is a risk of disrupting or incompletely completing the project. Along with this, professional burnout and expenses for employee training may increase.
