A customer who has a lot of dealers

Post by nusaiba125 »

The company with which we developed the dealer site generator is a major manufacturer of entrance doors. This plant has more than 3,000 showrooms in 8 countries and 80 regions of Russia.

Team, deadlines, tools
The project was handled by employees from the client's side and 10 specialists from Completo: a project manager, an account manager, 3 designers, 2 SEO specialists, 3 programmers. The system cambodia consumer email list was ready after 9 months of joint work.

The client expected to complete the project in six months, but the deadline had to be adjusted: the system turned out to be complex, tied to multiple APIs, so the code development alone took 6 months.

When creating the website system, we used Kompleto developments (for example, a custom CRM) and CoMagic tools.

Problems 1. Control over dealers is difficult
Why does a manufacturer need to control dealers?

Let's look at a simple example. A company may have franchisees, like McDonald's. Their cafes open all over the world, and they sell absolutely identical Big Macs, which are prepared according to the same recipe and are located in a certain place on the menu.

At the same time, there is a chocolate bar called Snickers, which is distributed through dealers: retail chains, supermarkets, stores. Snickers are the same as Big Macs, but they can be sold in different ways. Even in one region, Snickers can be found on different shelves with different price tags.

Therefore, in order to understand what is happening on the retail side, the manufacturer must constantly monitor dealers and check their work. To do this, we gathered all dealers and sub-dealers on one platform where they accept orders. Thus, the number of managers who communicated with clients was reduced from 10 to 4, and the number of orders increased by 2 times.
