How to develop a website: what is needed,

Post by nusaiba125 »

how long does it take, how much does it cost, and what are the most common mistakes made
We have already figured out that such a product/solution as a website does not exist in nature. A booklet is a product, a business card is a product, a banner is a product, an illustration is also a product. And a website is a marketing process. What is needed to create, build, develop and support this process?

Like any process, website development has an input (with initial conditions), an output (with predicted results) and a process manager (responsible person). Between the input and output, the algorithm of a specific process (one-time or cyclical) is worked out.

The “output” for the business depends on what is submitted as input, how the responsible party (studio/agency) works, and what we expect/receive as output.

Let's look at how the website development process looks from different angles.

For the client
A website is a product like a car that will take you to a bright future.

Brief with wishes, corporate style and general data on chile consumer email list the target audience and product.
We meet for 3 hours with the web studio to “discuss the site”.
We're waiting.
We approve 100 pages of technical specifications (reading is not mandatory).
We are looking forward to it.
Yay design! They showed us the design!
We've been waiting for a long time.
Presentation to the "director of everything".
Launch on hosting.
Client: “Correct this a little bit for us.”
For the client, everything looks as clear, precise and formalized as possible: all stages are in their places, the wishes and nuances of the customer are taken into account. Of course, this process has nothing in common with reality, even remotely.

This is how the business process and algorithm for website development is usually described by almost any web studio or Internet agency (who understand the issue):
