Let's start with our case on social networks. As the moderator already noted, we were able to create the largest audience among banks in Ukraine. In total, we have over 500 thousand subscribers on all platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
A few days ago, we posted a video on TikTok that has garnered over 4 million views. As a large bank, we asked ourselves the question: what to do next? On the one hand, we have a clear social mission - supporting the population and ensuring financial stability . On the other hand, we need to develop, adapt to new realities and confirm our leadership in the market.
