Document your actions

Post by Mitu100@ »

No matter whether you are still in the learning phase or whether you are implementing a large, important project with the tool:

Document what you do.

You can do this with a notepad and handwritten notes, but it is often quicker and easier to capture the most important things with screenshots and insert them into a file, adding a few words or sentences to explain them. A screencast (you record your activities with a video, for example with Loom) can also be helpful for later

to understand where you made a mistake
to find out whether germany telegram screening something could be done faster, or
not having to simply learn everything again because a few weeks or even months have passed between the first and next use.
The last point is particularly important. Because even if you think you have mastered the tool or you know exactly what you have to do... yes, that's true for the moment.

For example, I have the same problem with updating the software for my Marketing Magic Circle membership area. This task is required every four to five weeks and involves several steps. After four weeks... I've forgotten half of it. But the documentation in my own Wiki in ClickUp saves me month after month.
