Trigger: To do this, create a workflow with the trigger criterion “form submission” and select the respective form.

Action: Then set the action to “Send email” and select the previously created email with white paper or e-book.

Now update the lead status in the workflow at the same time.

3. Webinar Follow Up
Create a workflow that automatically thanks participants of a webinar:

Trigger: To do this, select a contact-based workflow and set the trigger to either a list membership (webinar) or a property that you have set for participation in your webinar.

Action: Then set the action to “Send email” and select the email you want to send.
