Set rules – who is allowed in and what is allowed in your group?
I quickly realized that my group was not only attracting my target group of solopreneurs, but also other people. So I'm thinking about whether I want to let them in at all and what I generally allow the group members to do.

As a tool for pre-selection, I use the opportunity to ask applicants for membership three questions. For myself, I have decided: I want to know macedonia telegram screening which industry the person comes from, what expectations they have of the group and how many employees they have.

This way I now know from the outset whether the person who wants to become a member actually fits into the group. Based on this experience, I have now set myself further rules:

Only those who

has a real name
has a maximum of five employees and
not in many MLM and network marketing groups
and above all, takes the time to answer all questions.
Except... yes, there are exceptions. I sometimes overlook these rules if I know the person personally or if their profile, friends and other group memberships speak in favor of their inclusion. I assume that if someone behaves sensibly in other groups, they will do so in mine as well.

So in my group there are also members with fictitious names, with inappropriate profile pictures, with more employees and even people who earn their money through network marketing. As long as they don't advertise their products in my group.
