It helps us a lot to make ourselves known and to help even more people, so thank you for that.

I don't know if you hear the birds. There are birds around me because it's spring.

Today, I'm going to tell you about a fact that I hope will do you some good. In my opinion, it's good to hear. It's simply that very often we have nothing to lose and everything to gain in situations that stress us out a little. I'll give you a few examples.

But often, the things that worry us, that scare us a little, that make us feel uncomfortable, we say to ourselves: "Oh my! This is going to be difficult. What's happening hong kong whatsapp number data worries me a little bit", very often, when we have this feeling or these emotions, it's because we are dealing with an opportunity ultimately and that this opportunity is an opportunity or it's a situation in which we cannot lose, we can only win.

You will see, or at least I will give examples, that it works for desired situations. For example, if you want to move, it scares you. Often, you cannot lose, you can only win. Or it also works for situations that are imposed. For example, a person leaves you. Often you have more to gain than to lose even if, at the time, you do not realize it.

The key question to recognize this, to realize this fact, is to ask yourself in a totally honest, transparent and let's say unemotional way, is to ask yourself what is the worst that can happen. And often, very often, the worst that can happen is a return to our original situation.

If I have a project today that worries me a little bit and I say to myself: "Wow! What's the worst that can happen?", often... I'm not saying that it's always the case, we'll give examples so that you understand, but often, the worst that can happen is to return to the situation I'm in. Basically, if the project goes well, I have more, I improve my life; if the project goes badly, I return to the state I'm in today. Basically, if it goes well, I win; if it goes badly, I return to the current state, so I don't lose.
