As a side note for consultants, this is a clause I include in my contracts with clients to protect against being sued if the clients are not happy with their results. This is especially helpful for stubborn clients who don't want to work and expect you to perform magic. Feel free to use it:

" The Consultant makes no warranties, express, implied or statutory, with respect to the services provided herein, including without limitation any implied warranties of reliability, usefulness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or performance, arising out of a course of dealing, usage or trade. By signing benin number data Agreement, you acknowledge that the Consultant neither owns nor governs the Customer's full implementation of any search engine or recommendations provided by the Consultant.
