Guadeloupe: a heavenly archipelago

Guadeloupe is part of the Windward Islands of the Lesser Antilles . The country is separated from its neighboring islands by the Guadeloupe Channel and the Dominica Channel.


Two main islands
A tourist country in the French Antilles , Guadeloupe is an archipelago made up of several islands and islets. The two main islands of this country are Grande-Terre , to the east, and Basse-Terre , to the west. These are the two elements that give the country its butterfly shape. These two islands are separated by an arm of the sea called "La Rivière Salée".


The Desirade
