Marketing agencies select the right tools for their clients according to their budget, build complex strategies or help with individual projects. However, promoting their own brand is also important for them. Ingate Group studied the PR strategies of digital agencies in 2023 and the first half of 2024. The study included 16 companies divided into four groups by annual turnover:
Small business (3 companies): from 120 to 800 million rubles.
Medium-sized agencies (3 organizations): from 800 million to 2 billion rubles.
Large companies (5 companies): from 2 to 10 billion rubles.
Largest media agencies and holdings (5 enterprises): from 10 billion rubles.

The analysis was carried out using data from the Brand Analytics system, collected from social networks, blogs, forums, marketplaces, Telegram and online media.

In 2024, the main sources of information about digital agencies were social networks, instant messengers, and news resources. Messenger chats overtook blogs in the number of company mentions. Review sites, video hosting sites, and forums turned out to be less significant.
