Calling the company to see if they are satisfied?

Post by rUparaHmaN012 »

Communication is automatic from the very beginning , we use Intercom, where people receive automatic messages based on their behavior, for example, after some time a message pops up asking them why they registered, if they like the application, etc. So we find out why people are there, if they are there by mistake, etc. Then we have scenarios where, for example, an active person does not come to the application for 10 days, or if the user clicks "delete account"... We also have scenarios where after 6 or 12 months I invite people for a telephone consultation, talk to them, etc.

I personally manage the support , it's a huge indonesia phone number data information well for me, from which I find out what people need. Communication is very active and currently half of what CAFLOU contains has come from feedback. It usually works in the way that we add things that more people are talking about, then we add features based on ideas that we didn't think of, but we like and are conceptual. It all comes from communication , so that people know that their opinion is important and that we are there for them.

I would like to conclude our interview with one last question: how did you increase prices, how did you implement the increase in practice, and were you satisfied with the result?
The fact that we didn't raise our prices for 3 years, that CAFLOU cost the same for 3 years, I consider it my big managerial failure . At the beginning, we set prices based on our feelings, a small account for a freelancer for 250 CZK/month, for a company for 500 CZK/month, without any other restrictions. We started to accumulate companies with 20-25 people, who still paid only 500 CZK per month, which became economically unsustainable.

It was necessary to invest money in development, advertising, and support , but the income from paid accounts did not cover the costs, because the most we could earn from one account was 500 CZK per month, which was very little for a tool of our type. Moreover, companies also look at you based on how much you cost. If you are a cheap tool, they take you as a cheap tool.
