The course has given me both a good education and personal values. Thanks to it, I have fond memories of the teachers, who made the hours more bearable, since we had a rather complicated schedule in the sense that it was summer and it was quite hot, but they made the classes more dynamic. They have been the fundamental part of being able to pass the modules thanks to everything they have taught us. And some fabulous classmates who always helped you when you needed it, many of whom I will take with me as friends outside of here.

I got through the modules quite well, although the Reception and Communication Techniques module was the one I found most difficult, as we had to present a topic in front of the whole class and it was something I was quite afraid of and felt very embarrassed about. It helped me a little to overcome my stage fright when speaking in japan phone data front of people. The English module also helped me, as I am not very good at the language, but the teacher taught us the essentials to be able to have conversations with a client.

With the Data Recording module I learned to type on the keyboard. Although at first I found it very difficult and I felt like I was typing very slowly. But little by little I became more comfortable typing and I was glad, because it is a skill that you take with you forever.

The Office Automation module, which was divided into 5 training units, was the one I liked the most, since it is one of the most practical and, although it was not the most dynamic, it was one of the most bearable.

And the practical module, which is the one I am currently taking, seems easy to me since you have to put into practice everything you have learned and I continue to acquire knowledge day by day.
