The partnership with Outbrain has allowed Grupo Godó to carry out a content recommendation and cross-linking strategy in a multi-platform format between its leading newspapers La Vanguardia and Mundo Deportivo, thereby boosting audience engagement. In addition, and with the inclusion of personalized sponsored recommendations, it made it possible to generate income. Approximately 70% of all clicks that Outbrain generates globally point to another story from the same publisher . This generates great value for publishers and their users.
